Cancellation Policy
1.) Any participant who registers for a Bizzwork.com event has the right to cancel at any time by sending an e-mail to events@bizzwork.com with a written request to cancel. Cancellation requests are only accepted by email. The participant will be refunded in full if he or she cancels 5 days or more from the date of the Bizzwork.com event. However, if the participant cancels 4 days or fewer to the date of the event, he or she will not receive a refund but can transfer to another event subject to availability. If the participant cancels within 48 hours no transfer or refund will be offered.
2.) Bizzwork.com will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on this web site. However, Bizzwork.com holds the right to cancel and/or change Bizzwork.com event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number of participants for the event.
3.) Bizzwork.com holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that Bizzwork.com must cancel the event, you will be refunded your money in full or offered a transfer to another Bizzwork.com event of your choosing, availability permitting.

You must be at least eighteen years old to register for Bizzwork.com events. Bizzwork.com has not conducted background checks on any of the participants and is not responsible for anything that may happen between individuals at Bizzwork.com events, or thereafter. Bizzwork.com, and/or its associates or assignees disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties for a particular purpose and non-infringement. On occasion, media will take pictures or interview participants. By signing up, you agree to permit us to use those photographs taken during the event for purposes of marketing and advertising our service in the future. Bizzwork.com and its venues are not responsible for lost or stolen property. Bizzwork.com cannot be held liable for any statements made by its participants. It is the responsibility of the participant to verify any information that is given. Bizzwork.com and its venues bear no liability for any damages direct or indirect including human and/or Internet provider error. Bizzwork.com cannot be held liable for any emotional distress, emotional discomfort, physical damages, or bodily injury.
